Reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice
Cancel with 24+ hours' notice: reschedule, refund minus $10, or full store credit (valid 1 year)
Under 24 hours: non-refundable

Reschedule with at least 48 hours' notice
Cancel with 48+ hours' notice: transfer to another event, refund minus $5, or store credit (valid 1 year)
Under 48 hours: non-refundable

May carry additional restrictions depending on preparation costs and attendance limits
If White Lotus cancels and can't reschedule: full refund, no fee
